Consultation
Every project begins with a consultation. This 60-minute meeting helps us understand your goals, budget, and vision.
Design Contract
The next step is for us to enter into a design contract that will clearly outline the expectations, basic design and cost estimates.
Blueprint
If the design and budget are a go, then we dive into the drafting phase. QnC Construction partners with an architect to develop your blueprint and specify materials.
Construction
Finally, it is time to break ground and swing hammers to go from a sketch to reality. Your dedicated project manager will keep you informed throughout the building phase.

Your custom home build can be broken down into three steps: Dream. Design. Build. We believe that the design phase is the most critical as it actually takes your dream and captures it in a plan that can be communicated to the construction team.
