QnC Construction is a custom home builder. When Ben and Danielle Wert founded QnC Construction more than a decade ago, they were just starting their family, but understood the value of creating homes not just houses. Homes that represent a pride in craftsmanship, long-term value and painstaking attention to detail.
We specialize in custom design-build projects where we work with our customers from conception to completion. This approach enables us to provide quality work that is completed on time and within budget. As a full-service construction company, we also renovate existing properties to make them more functional, beautiful and/or efficient. Our team is employed by QnC Construction and held to Standard Service Processes that respect your property and merge proven experience with the latest materials and tools.

Ben Wert | Owner
Ben is the Founder and Owner of QNC Construction, where his passion for building and craftsmanship shines through in every project. What he finds most rewarding is witnessing the excitement of his customers as they see their visions come to life. Beyond the business, Ben takes immense pride in his seven children and cherishes the opportunity to work alongside his supportive wife, Danielle. In his free time, he loves spending quality moments with his family and enjoys outdoor activities like hunting.

Danielle has been an integral part of QNC Construction since its inception, standing by Ben’s side as they turned a dream into reality. Her meticulous attention to the day-to-day operations lays a solid foundation for the entire team, allowing everyone to thrive. Danielle deeply admires Ben’s dedication and integrity, and she takes great joy in celebrating the life and family they’ve built together.
Rachel Schlachter | Marketing Coordinator
Rachel thrives as the Marketing Coordinator for QNC Construction, where her favorite aspect of the job is using her creativity to bring compelling content to life. Surrounded by breathtaking new builds and inspiring remodeling projects, she never lacks for captivating material to capture. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and an Associate’s Degree in Graphic Design, blending her skills to effectively showcase the company’s work. Outside of the office, she cherishes quality time with her daughters, family, and friends.
Stephanie Kreider | Administrative Assistant
Stephanie is dedicated to supporting the incredible team at QNC Construction as the Administrative Assistant. She has been with QNC since 2021 and takes pride in providing exceptional administrative support while embodying the company’s core values of integrity and a commitment to excellence. Her enthusiasm for her role helps ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, allowing the team to focus on delivering outstanding results.
Josh Gochenaur | Project Manager
If a client can dream it, Josh will work tirelessly to bring that vision to life. As a Project Manager at QNC Construction, he expertly guides projects through every phase of the process, fostering strong, collaborative relationships along the way. Outside of work, Josh loves spending time in the mountains at his camp.
Woodrow Goodling | Mechanic Technician
Woodrow is a Mechanical Technician at QNC Construction, bringing his expertise in HVAC and EPA Clean Air Section 608 certification to the team in 2022. He is dedicated to going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction, making it his personal mission to deliver exceptional service. Passionate about staying informed on the latest products and trends in home building, Woodrow enjoys being part of a forward-thinking organization at the forefront of the industry. Outside of work, he loves spending quality time with his wife and kids.
Lane Brubaker | Foreman
For Lane, there’s nothing quite like transforming an empty space into something extraordinary through the excavation process. As a Foreman at QNC Construction since 2022, he thrives on the excitement of each new project and what lies ahead. Outside of work, Lane enjoys spending quality time with his wife and their dog, making the most of every moment together.
Josiah Ewing | Foreman
Josiah is a Certified Metal Roof Installer who has been a valued member of the QNC Construction team since 2021. Known for his keen eye for detail, he appreciates a perfectly straight line. He finds the greatest satisfaction in completing a project and seeing the team’s hard work come together. Outside of work, Josiah is a devoted family man, balancing his passion for home repairs with the excitement of welcoming a new baby boy with his wife.
Shawn Heimbach | Foreman
Shawn has been a valuable member of QNC Construction since 2021, where he showcases his skills as a Carpenter and Foreman. He finds the completion of projects to be the most rewarding aspect of his work, taking pride in bringing visions to life. Outside of the job, Shawn loves spending time with his family, especially riding four-wheelers and enjoying outdoor adventures together.
Mark Norton | Foreman
As a fourth-generation carpenter, Mark’s passion for building and craftsmanship is deeply rooted in his family heritage. Since joining QNC in 2019, he has acquired a wealth of skills and certifications, making him an invaluable asset to the team. In his roles as Foreman, Plumber, and Carpenter, Mark combines expertise with a touch of humor—his colleagues might even call him a comedian! Outside of work, Mark is a dedicated Washington Nationals fan who loves spending time with his family, hunting, and taking on the occasional odd job.
Clay Brubaker | Equipment Operator
Clay joined QNC in 2023 as an Excavator, bringing a strong commitment to his trade. His dedication ensures that customers are not only satisfied but genuinely happy with the results of their work. When he’s not on the job, Clay makes the most of his free time by hitting the golf course.
Kyle Cessna | Craftsman
Kyle is a skilled Carpenter by trade who has been a part of the QNC team since 2022. With hands-on experience in both remodeling and new construction, he brings a unique perspective to his work, complemented by his Bachelor’s degree in Sustainable Agriculture Entrepreneurship. Kyle enjoys the variation of projects he gets the opportunity to work on and having a role where he gets to see the customer’s excitement firsthand. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring the outdoors with his wife and baby, and he particularly treasures moments spent “getting churched.”
Tony Heimbach | Craftsman
Tony is a skilled Framer at QNC Construction, where he has been contributing his expertise since 2021. In addition to his framing skills, he holds a Metal Certification and is a certified Forklift Operator. Over the years, Tony has worked on numerous homes and projects, driven by the satisfaction of seeing customers’ unique visions come to life. Outside of work, he enjoys playing hockey and spending quality time with his friends and kids.
Logan Inch | Apprentice
As a Carpenter at QNC Construction, Logan takes great pride in showcasing the high-quality work produced by the team and exceeding clients’ expectations. Though he is a newer addition to QNC, he is an avid woodworker with a passion for craftsmanship. Outside of work, Logan enjoys hunting and fishing, and you can often find him cheering on his favorite Philadelphia sports teams—every single one of them!
