Walkthrough
The first step in any renovation project is a walkthrough of your home. You can expect us to ask questions and take photos to get a full understanding of your vision.
Design Contract
The next step is for us to enter into a design contract that will clearly outline the expectations, basic design, materials, and cost estimate.
Scheduling
Upon acceptance of the design and investment. We will schedule your project and communicate any special considerations that you should be aware of during the construction phase.
Construction
Renovations are messy and inconvenient, but our team will work with you to minimize disruption and clean-up throughout the process. Your on-site project manager will regularly communicate and provide updates.
Design & Planning
